Grandtully Primary School and the SNH camera trap project

Grandtully Primary School and the SNH camera trap project

Heather has been working with Grandtully Primary School on a camera trap project with Scottish Natural Heritage. The children had the camera trap in their school grounds and up at Dun Coillich. The film they made for the project was chosen as one of the winning entrys in the video competition run by SNH. Their prize is a shiny new camera trap for the school to keep! Here is the link here to their final video entry: https://youtu.be/i8vQzPjlnuo.

Kenmore primary visit

Kenmore primary visit

We had another great day up the hill today, this time with the P6/7 class from Kenmore primary. They worked hard putting tree tubes on the trees they planted earlier in the spring and then had great fun pond dipping in the 'scrapes' in the afternoon. It was great to have such an engaged class so keen to learn, even the rain did nothing to dampen their enthusiasm!
